Google have a very huge database of its users, the users are android users, chrome users or any google application used by an individual. Google takes a very huge data by its users just to provide many features, the ads are included in this.

Google takes data from its browser called chrome, you have noticed sometimes, if you searched for a college or university you have suddenly started to get the ad about that university. This is same as the case about other thing also, like you have searched about any car then also you will get the ad about the cars. Google thinks you are interested in that thing.
2.From youtube:
Like chrome, google owns youtube also, it collects your search data from youtube and the type of video you are seeing and send you ad related to that.
3.Google maps:
If you have searched for any restaurants then you will start getting ad about zomato or any other food home delivery service.
4.Google assistant:
Google is very smart, If you are very fond of using google assistant then you will get the ads very precisely of your interest.
